4. Orders & Payments

Payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other approved gateways. Alphamino Labs reserves the right to cancel or reject any order at its sole discretion, including due to:

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly from Australia. Estimated shipping timeframes are displayed at checkout where applicable. Once an order has been dispatched, the risk passes to the customer.

Customs / Import Risk: You are solely responsible for compliance with import laws in your jurisdiction. We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders delayed, seized, rejected, or destroyed by customs or other authorities.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final. Alphamino Labs does not accept returns, issue refunds, or offer exchanges except where required by law.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting photographs. We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

7. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional offers are subject to change or withdrawal without notice. Only one discount code may be applied per order unless explicitly stated otherwise.
